Animania Festival Brisbane May will be held at the Holiday Inn on Roma Street, located next door to the Brisbane Transit Centre. This convenient venue is located near beautiful parklands and only a short walk to the central business district, theatres and major shopping mall.
The venue accessible by public transport and, for those driving, parking is available on site at a reasonable daily rate.

HOW TO GET THERE
Animania Festival at the Holiday Inn Brisbane will be easily accessible by car and public transport.
BY CAR
If you are planning to drive in to visit the Animania Festival, coming from the North, take a left off Airport Drive and follow Gateway Motorway. Take a left onto Kingsford Smith Drive, left again at Breakfast Creek Road and turn into Ann Street. Turn right onto Roma Street, the hotel is situated on the right hand side.
If coming from the South, take the M1 which turns into Riverside Expressway. Exit on Hershel Street. The hotel will be straight ahead.
Parking is available on site at a daily parking fee of $15. There are also several parking stations available in close vicinity to the hotel. Off-street parking is also available.

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The nearest bus and train station is the Brisbane Transit Centre on Roma Street. The hotel is connected directly to the Transit Centre complex.

FURTHER PLANNING
Other tips to help further plan your trip and make your Animania Festival weekend awesome:
- Pack your bag the night before with your essentials such as wallet, mobile phone and some cash (the nearest ATM is in the Brisbane Transit Centre).
- Check the Festival Schedule once it has been made available and plan out your day so that you don't miss any of the events YOU want to see!
- There will be water stations at the venue to keep you hydrated, but bringing your own bottle of water may also be a good idea. Note: You will not be allowed to bring any open drinks including drink cups (eg. from McDonalds or KFC) into be venue.
