Do I have to register to attend?
Yes, you have to be a registered visitor. You can save money and time by pre-registering or you can register at the door on the day.

What does my pass/tag do?
The pass enable you to enter and re-enter for the full duration of the festival. Your entry pass will also act both as pass in and as your pass out, so please keep it on.

Can I go back in again after I leave the venue?
Yes, you can re-enter as many times as you like as long you still have your pass/tag on.

Can I buy a pass for the duration of the Festival and share it amongst my friends?
This is a no no, the pass is uniquely yours.

I've lost stuff, what do I do?
Lost property that's handed in during the Festival will be taken to the Info-desk. After the event, if you realise you've lost something, contact us via the contact us page - if we have it, we'll return it to you.

I'm injured and/or not feeling well, is there anyone to help?
Festivals are fun. Be sensible, and - should you need assistance for yourself or for a friend/family/partner - don't be scared to ask festival staff. We won't judge you, we only want to help you and make sure you're safe.

If there is an emergency or evacuation, what do I do?
In the extreme and unlikely circumstance that the Festival Venue may be required to be evacuated or cleared, it's imperative that you follow all instructions from emergency services, police, the fire brigade and/or our security.

Can I volunteer to help out?
Animania Festivals would not be able to run smoothly without its many dedicated volunteers! At this stage we volunteers will be recruited for our weekend long event in August held in Sydney.

But I still want to do more to help, what can I do to help Animania?
That is very generous! If you have any skill sets that you think may help & benefit Animania, please feel free to contact the organisers via the contact us page. You can also help Animania by promoting the festival to people you know.

I have all these cool idea to add to Animania, can I talk to someone about it?
