Animania Festival Sydney August will be held at Australian Technology Park located on Locomotive St, Eveleigh adjacent to Redfern Station. The venue borders on Sydney CBD and is accessible by public transport. For those driving, parking is available on site at a reasonable daily rate.

HOW TO GET THERE
There are many ways of getting to Animania Festival Sydney August. Situated on the outskirts of Sydney CBD, Australian Technology Park is easily accessible by car, bus and train.
BY CAR
If you are planning to drive in to visit the Animania Festival, parking is available on site at a reasonable daily rate. There are also street parking available in close vicinity to the venue.
The entrance to the ATP car park is from Garden Street. A Pay and Walk ticketing system has been installed. Collect a ticket from the boom gate and drive through to the car park. To gain access to the disabled parking area please contact the security office on Tel: (02) 9209 4666.
Parking
Prior to leaving the ATP please ensure your parking has been paid and validated at any of the ticket pay stations. The most convenient located will be Bay 8 - Locomotive Workshop.

BY TAXI/DELIVERIES/COACHES
The entrance to the ATP for taxis, deliveries and coaches is from West Link Road.
BY RAIL
CityRail operates frequent train services between Redfern Station (adjacent to the ATP) and other major Sydney stations including Sydney's Central Station, Town Hall, Wynyard and Circular Quay. Redfern Railway Station is a convergence station for much of Sydney’s rail network.

From Redfern Station
Exit via Platform 10 at Redfern Station. Walk past the WaterTower apartment block and follow the walkway through to the Australian Technology Park.
Pedestrian entry points to the Locomotive Workshops are made through Bays 1 and 8 (Registration Area will be setup in this area). There will be signage onsite during the day to faciliate directions.
BY BUS
There are frequent bus services to the ATP from the Sydney city and from Sydney's domestic, international airport and the railway square interchange. The bus stop closest to the ATP is in Boundary Street.

FURTHER PLANNING
Other tips to help further plan your trip and make your Animania Festival weekend an awesome one:
- Pack your bag the night before with your essentials such as wallet, mobile phone and some cash (there are limited ATMs on site).
- If you're paying for entry at the door, make sure to bring enough money as payment method is Cash Only.
- Check the Festival Schedule once it has been made available and plan out your day so that you don't miss any of the events YOU want to see!
- There will be food fair at the venue to keep you hydrated, but having a water bottle with you will also be a good idea. Note: You will not be allowed to bring any open drinks including drink cups (eg. from KFC or Easy Way) into be venue.
Also, some key questions to ask when planning your trip might be:
- If coming from interstate, how am I getting to Sydney? Will I need to book travel?
- If going to the Festival with friends, where/when/how will I be meeting up with them?
- If going by public transport, will there be any disruptions to the service? (e.g. track work)
- If driving, where is the best place to park my car?
- What will I need to bring on the day?
